Tom Tyson

Born and raised in Griffith, in the heart of the Riverina, Tom Tyson grew up on a mixed family farm with irrigation, broadacre cropping, and livestock operations. This early exposure to diverse farming systems laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to agriculture and rural enterprise.

Tom launched his career in the livestock agency sector in 1999, quickly becoming known as an accomplished auctioneer with a reputation for honesty, sharp market insight, and clear communication. His work has spanned Central West NSW to the eastern seaboard, cultivating strong professional relationships and gaining a broad understanding of regional markets and agricultural enterprise.

From 2016 to 2023, Tom and his family entered into an investment partnership to developed and operated a large-scale intensive livestock and cropping enterprise.  This had a successful outcome along with gaining experience in high-output production systems and long-term agribusiness development. This hands-on period further strengthened his practical understanding and commercial foresight.

Alongside his livestock work, Tom has developed a strong passion for rural property, combining his knowledge of land use, farming systems and regional dynamics to assist clients in buying and selling rural real estate.

With over two decades in the industry and a trusted network of industry connections across rural and regional Australia, Tom continues to play a key role in connecting people, property and opportunities across rural New South Wales.
